Picnic aims to develop every single team member, and give exciting opportunities for growth. This is why we are launching the Picnic Olympia program, unique in Europe, focused on Operations staff in Picnic. The Olympia program offers exciting opportunities for Picnicers to work in international locations of Picnic Germany, for longer periods of time.
The program is aimed at:
- Captains, Ops managers, Supervisors and HR people partners
🎯 What you’ll do
Picnic will grow its presence in Germany by opening many new FCs and Hubs. Here is where you come in! We offer you the opportunity to become part of launch teams that prepare the opening of new locations and kick off operations.
Once part of a launch team, you will have the opportunity to work abroad for at least 6 months together with colleagues from different locations. Together with a team of 15 people, you will:
- Prepare the opening of Fulfilment centres
- Open and operate the Fulfilment centres until we reach stable operations
- Train the core team to run the Fulfilment centres
- Once operations are stable, you will hand over to the core team.
📖 What’s in it for you?
The Olympia program is about learning to work abroad in different circumstances and challenging, high pace environments. We will support you by providing you with:
- Same net salary (no implications regarding taxes or social security)
- Housing
- Daily allowance (up to 140eu per week)
- Travel allowance once period to home adress
- Language and leadership trainings
⭐ How to qualify?
To take part in the exciting Olympia program, you will need to:
- Have at least 9 months experience in Picnic
- Have competence in English
- Motivation to spend time with your colleagues abroad
- A hands-on attitude, and drive to get the job done under time pressure
- Be available for minimum 6 months
- Willing to work 5 days per week
